Americon manufactures LCD Panel and Rear Projection video wall systems under the VISIONMASTER brand. The VISIONMASTER-LCD is an thin mullion LCD video wall system that is a real space saver. Americon's unique casework is only 12" deep and is supports the screen to the floor. No need to have a backboard to support the panels on the wall. 

ULTRA-THIN mullion versions are an array of 46" or 55" flat panels with a gap of a mere 1/4" from image to image. This Matrix of screens works equally well with a video matrix switcher or one of our video wall processors. The wall is expandable both vertically and horizontally.

Our robust frame provides the support necessary for even the heaviest monitors and requires no wall support.  Removable end panels hide the frame on the sides. The cabinet provides open access to both the floor and the wall behind.

Americon also creates a cost effective thin-mullion version using 40", 46" or 52" high resolution monitors with a ¾” image gap screen to screen. The stripe is more noticeable but so still more than acceptable when the images are expanded over multiple displays. 

Our unique cabinetry has vertical rack space in the end panels to accommodate a video wall processor and a sound system. The cabinetry also contains equipment shelves and space for computers and segregated cable management.

A Visionmaster video wall processor combines the screens into one palette. The processor allows this single palette to display computer video, broadcast quality video (cable, satellite, cameras , DVDs), and network-based applications simultaneously in scalable windows that can be landed anywhere on the wall. As a network device, the processor can also use its browser to pull down web-based images. Many wall layouts can be saved and recalled through hot keys on the wireless keyboard provided or a separately ordered control system. Remote control software is also provided that allows the video wall to be controlled over the network. Visionmaster LCD is a fully self-contained package that can be tailored to the customer's needs.
